State of the Art Systems
Many claim it, but few can prove it! Our company loves to buy the latest state of the art products and be the first to gain the expertise to make them hum together as a system. This technical curiosity and desire to test and try new things ensures that we know the technology. We experience and resolve any issues and filter out the technology that doesn’t stand up to our standards and your needs. And we do this BEFORE it gets installed in your room or used at your event.

We focus on providing our customers with a better experience within their budget by building a system that can fulfill requirements and expectations without incorporating more equipment than is needed to accomplish those goals efficiently. On the events side, Acuity AV is one of the first companies of our size to utilize all LED stage lighting. LED provides a better lighting experience because of its programmability, responsiveness, reliability and color flexibility. LED lighting is also a GREEN technology, providing brighter lighting much more efficiently, using less energy and producing less heat waste.

Designing and integrating the perfect audiovisual experience for our customers is a complex task that requires expertise and coordination. Acuity’s process of testing during and after installation and integration ensures we turn over a properly working system. This is the foundation of our “get it right” philosophy. The guarantee on our work and the expertise of our service group make up the “keep it right” part of our customer service philosophy. Through the Acuity Audiovisual Service Department, we’ll get it right and keep it right even if we didn’t install it! Acuity customers rely on us to protect their investment in technology by extending the life cycle of existing systems. We extend this philosophy to customers with systems that were not designed and installed by Acuity Audiovisual and on equipment from any manufacturer.

Our service department consists of a dedicated service staff, and is not a secondary responsibility of installation teams. Most audiovisual installation companies that offer service pull from an already exhausted installation group, who lack continuity with the manufacturers, a service knowledge base and proper service tooling and processes.
