A high performance audiovisual system requires a certain level of tuning and maintenance to ensure its optimal operation and high level of readiness. Acuity AV offers service packages to meet the needs of your conference or training facility and in support of your operations staff. Options include service calls as needed and scheduled preventative maintenance visits.

All Acuity AV integrated systems come with a 90 day warranty through the Acuity Services team. Although unlikely, should the system not meet your expectations, Acuity will return to the site and make any corrections or repairs to the client’s satisfaction. Acuity also provides training for your staff so that they are able to take full advantage of the audiovisual system capabilities.
